Policies and Procedures
-
Anyone burying loved ones should place a monument or have a monument purchase under contract within one year of burial.
-
Anyone planning to purchase a lot, open a new grave, or add any type of structure on a grave, must contact Earle Eichenberger, Board President eeich@sbcglobal.net 501-977-6232.
-
The Cemetery Association is not responsible for removal of flowers and other items by acts of nature (wind, rain) or by theft. To assure they are not blown away, they may be attached securely to grave markers.
-
Floral arrangements are left at the risk of the persons placing them.
-
All new grave sites should be level (no raised borders, curbs, fences, etc.), with the exception of monuments. This assures good maintenance and keeps the cemetery neat and attractive for all.
-
Floral arrangements, decorative objects, and loose flowers on the ground will be removed, when they become damaged or unsightly and deter maintenance efforts.
-
Shrubbery and trees may not be planted on or near plots, as roots can disturb graves. They cause extra work and can become unsightly.
-
Graves may not be covered with rocks or other decorative items that hamper maintenance
-
To respect the resting place of our loved ones, dogs in the cemetery must be leashed and their waste must be picked up and taken from the cemetery.
